This newly designed catalog has product codes listed for the majority of items we sell. Always use product codes to help us ensure correct shipments.  All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to invoice all items ordered at the current prevailing price.  We also reserve the right to substitute products of equal or better quality.  State and local taxes are not included in prices shown herin.  Prices are F.O.B our factory and/or warehouse.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Merchandise may be returned for adjustment only after a return authorization number has been issued.  Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.  Merchandise supplied incorrectly, not as specified on written orders, will be credited upon return.  Returned Merchandise due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. No open or partially used products will be accepted.  Absolutely no returns on custom printed or packaged products.  Shortages must be claimed within 5 days of delivery.
